We only specialise in moving Baby Grand and Upright Pianos and we regret to inform you that we are, at this moment, unable to move a Pianola or a Grand Piano. No need to panic as we are still well capable of doing your move. Need Boxes and Packing Materials?

We will be sending you a Moving Box Kit containing moving boxes, butcher’s papers and packing tape in a quantity tailored to the size of your move. The beauty of this system is that we will deliver these to you free of charge and on the day of your move, you can return the excess to our removalists and only pay for what you have used. If you don’t use anything from our kit, we won’t charge you a single dime.

Monday through Friday, our rate is $79 per hour for every additional extra man and $89/hour/extra man on Saturday, Sunday and any Public Holiday.

Our professional packers are available any day of the week. Monday through Friday, our rate is $79/hour for each packer and only $89/hour on Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays. All our rates include GST and a written No-Damage Guarantee. The rates are charged from the time we leave our depot until will get back to the same depot. Once you have finished using the boxes you bought from us, we will even buy them back for a lesser amount so you can save more money!

Due to the sensitive nature of photocopiers, we are unable to include them in our guarantee. Photocopiers are subject to inspection on the day of the move as they can pose a safety risk to our operators. For more information, feel free to speak to one of our customer services representatives.

Server racks are subject to inspection on the day of the move by the operator in charge. They must be emptied and be able to be carried by two men. If you feel that your server rack will not be able to comply with these conditions, speak to one of our customer services representatives to see if we are able to find another way to help you.

All safe moves are subject to inspection on the day of the move, and conditions apply. We are unable to move safes higher then knee height, and if it exceeds 150kg cannot be moved. For suggestions to how to move you're safe if it does not comply with these conditions, feel free to speak to our customer service representatives that will be happy to assist you.

Compactors

Due to the technical nature of compactors, we are unable to move them. Speak to our customer service representatives for a list of people that are able to help you with this.
