Not to be confused with another QLD town of the same name situated 165km away, Birnam is located 10 minutes north of Beaudesert and approximately 10 minutes to Tamborine (not to be confused with Tamborine Mountain). The property doesn’t become available very often in this town, with an average listing price of $550,000.

With the Albert River running along the border of the suburb, and Flagstone Creek running through the centre, there is some possibility of flooding. The Albert River and its subsidiary streams and creeks equal almost 1700 km in length and run from Lamington National Park through Logan and into Moreton Bay. Situated within the Scenic Rim Regional Council area, residents are able to access a number of facilities and opportunities such as free trees for your property, swimming pools, an art gallery, and a number of walking, bike and horse trails.
