We are very happy with Team MiniMovers. Call center team was very helpful and provided all the answers and details I require. Booking was a breeze. No downpayment required, you pay once the job is done. No hidden charges. They will call you 30 min before arriving ( still the movers came in early which is a good point). The movers Jason and Uros were very professional and very careful when they packed and moved our furniture to the truck. \r\nThey also moved efficiently. My husband and I were very impressed with Mini Movers and in particular, the team that was dispatched to help us move into our new home. I want to thank James Verrall and Robert Arthur . They were wonderful and efficient in their work. My huge Refrigerator was a tough one and at first I just said it’s ok as the stairs were narrow so just leave it down. MiniMovers Northgate were appreciated with their helpful assistance of small job moving a 86kg washing machine onto a new stand. Wiremu and Tuileva of Mini Movers were fast, careful and professional and would recommend for small jobs.
I’m not sure what our job number is as the move was booked under my husband’s name. I was so impressed with the team that moved us today. They were respectful, polite, and professional. They managed to get my beautiful piano through an impossible doorway. And after that were still willing to move a bed we changed our minds on. Justin and Hendrik were awesome during my recent Brisbane move. They quickly scoped out the most difficult things first, which wasn’t heavy items but it was just really 3 flights of annoying stairs…they made it look easy though.They reconnected my washing machine at the destination and I had a new bed frame delivered from another company at the same time which they then helped me take inside. This was a nice touch. Would be happy to use their services again.

I wish to highly commend Peter Z and Robert A on the excellent job they did in moving very heavy and cumbersome furniture for me. They had to manoeuvre the furniture through unaccommodating stairwells and tight corners!! They went above and beyond in meeting my objectives.
