This large Gold Coast suburb takes in much of the canal area just south of Surfers Paradise. With the beach only across the highway, a major shopping centre and good transport options, Broadbeach Waters is a great suburb for anyone looking to live close to the beaches of the Gold Coast. While the suburb covers mainly residential area, there are a large number of restaurants and cafes to choose from in Broadbeach. The suburb also takes in Dracula’s Restaurant as well as all the casual dining and entertainment areas in the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.

Broadbeach Waters is a suburb in high demand with an average of 26 people looking per property compared to the Queensland average of 13.
