Located approximately 13km north of Brisbane CBD, Aspley is a well-established residential suburb offering strong retail, transport and lifestyle amenities. Aspley is connected to Brisbane via Gympie Road and is approximately a 25 – 35 minute drive to the CBD in normal traffic conditions. Public transport is bus-based, with frequent services running along Gympie Road as part of Brisbane’s Northern Busway network. There is no tram service in Brisbane. The closest train stations are Geebung and Zillmere, both providing rail access to the CBD.
