Cash back Offer Terms and Conditions

    1. Information on how to enter and claim cash back form part of the Terms and Conditions of offer. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
    2. Offer is only open to residents of Australia. Employees and the immediate families of MiniMovers employees are ineligible to claim cash back.
    3. To be eligible, customers must have used MiniMovers to conduct a Move* between 1st ????? 2013 to 31st of ??????? 2014. o A Move is defined as going from 1 address to at least 1 other address.
    4. This cash back offer does not include Pre Packs; Un Packs; Box Deliveries.
    5. To be eligible minimum move cost must exceed $500.00Aud. Payment for move must have been paid in FULL, ON the Day of the completed Move.
    6. To make a valid claim, customers must complete and submit an online claim within 14 days of the move being completed at http://www.minimovers.com.au/cashback, ensuring all details are submitted.
    7. MiniMovers accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims deemed invalid.
    8. Claimants must retain a copy of their tax invoice for all claims as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all claims when requested may, in the absolute discretion of MiniMovers, result in the invalidation of claimants claims.
    9. Only one claim is eligible per tax invoice / job number.
    10. If Claimant has successfully completed and submitted the online claim form, including the cash back requirements in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, cash back will be provided via Non Negotiable Cheque within 14 days of receiving claim. Cheque will be addressed to the name of the claimant on this form.
    11. MiniMovers (as the Promoter of this offer) decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    12. Claims are not transferable, assignable or exchangeable for other goods or services.
